Helen Rice RN, MSN is the Clinical Nurse Manager for the UC Davis Cancer Center Clinics and the Adult and Pediatric Infusion Centers.  Helen received her BSN in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and an MSN in Nursing Administration from Edgewood College Madison Wisconsin.  Helen moved to Sacramento in March 2006 to join the UC Davis Cancer Center Team to oversee the daily clinical operations.  Helen’s expertise is in Hematology, Oncology, Palliative Care and End of Life Care.  Over a twenty-five year career Helen has worked with many underserved populations to attain the best possible health care available.   Through education, training and working with   government agencies she has opened the door to health care possibilities for many people.
